将大鼠分成对照组、烫伤组和驻极体实验组.通过细胞电泳法测定各组红细胞电泳迁移率(EPM),探讨了正、负极性驻极体对烫伤大鼠红细胞表面电荷的影响及其修复红细胞驻极态的机理.结果表明:大鼠烫伤后各时段红细胞的电泳率较对照组均有明显下降;负极性驻极体组红细胞EPM值随时间上升;正极性驻极体对烫伤后红细胞的EPM值无显著影响.负极性驻极体通过稳定红细胞的表面电荷来修复其驻极态,达到改善微循环和血液流变学指标的目的.
The rats were divided into control group, scald group and electret experimental group.Electrophoretic mobility (EPM) of erythrocytes in each group was determined by cell electrophoresis, and the effects of positive and negative electrets on erythrocyte surface charge in scalded rats were investigated. The results showed that the erythrocyte electrophoresis rate in each time period after scald in rats was significantly lower than that in control group.The EPM value of red blood cells in negative electret group increased with time, The EPM value of erythrocytes had no significant effect.The negative electrets repaired their electret states by stabilizing the surface charge of erythrocytes and achieved the goal of improving microcirculation and hemorheology.
