近来,在我国一些大城市出现了“还本销售”现象,即厂商在售出商品后,将货款的全部或部分于一定时期内偿还给购买者的营销方式。作为一种新的营销方式的产生与发展必然有其合理性与适用性,它一经产生就受到各方面的普遍欢迎与接受,如运营得当,对促进社会经济确有其一定的现实意义。但是也不能不看到这种销售方式确实存在许多消极作用,搞不好问题会越来越多。 1.质量低劣的积压产品的出售,严重地损害了消费者的利益。目前我国厂商库存的积压产品主要有三种成因。(1)经营性积压。(2)政策性积压。(3)质量性积压。因经营性和政策性原因所造成的积压产品的销售还不致于给消费者的利益造成直接损害,但因质量性原因造成的积压品的销售却会极大地损害消费
