本文提出一种建设政府GIS的思路,即由政府部门牵头,测绘部门搭建一个面向电子政务的基础地理信息平台,在此基础上,由相关的其他专业部门提供专业数据,建立各自专题,共同建设,共同维护。本文还通过新疆综合区情GlS的设计与实践,提出了对政府GIS建设的几点认识。
