Abstract Objective To determine the reproducibility and accuracy of a commercially available semiautomatic method based on MR imaging for the quantification of abdominal fat and thigh muscle mass and hepatic proton density lipids (PDFF). Materials and Methods This prospective study was approved by the Institutional Ethics Committee and complied with HIPAA standards. All subjects signed a written informed consent form. Inclusion criteria for those aged 18 and over, volunteered to participate. Exclusion criteria for MR examination contraindications.
