一、云南的水能资源概况 根据1980年全国水力资源普查成果,全国可开发的水电装机容量39681万kW,年发电量19119亿kW·h。云南省可开发的水电装机容量7117万kW,年发电量3944亿kW·h,分别占全国的17.90%和20.6%,仅次于四川省居全国第二位。人均拥有可开发容量为全国人均的5.8倍,人均拥有发电量为全国的6.3倍。 云南的水能资源分布在六大水系,即金沙江、澜沧江、怒江、红河、珠江及伊洛瓦底江。其中金沙江、澜沧江、怒江约占92%。尤以金沙江、澜沧江最为突出,均是全国十二大水电基地之一,是我国水电资源中的“富矿”。
I. General situation of hydropower resources in Yunnan According to the results of the national survey of hydropower resources in 1980, the hydropower installed capacity that can be developed nationwide is 39.681 million kW, and the annual power generation capacity is 1911.9 billion kW·h. The hydropower installed capacity in Yunnan Province is 71.17 million kW, and the annual power generation is 399.4 billion kW·h, accounting for 17.90% and 20.6% of the country respectively, ranking second only to Sichuan Province. The per capita owned development capacity is 5.8 times the national average, and the per capita power generation is 6.3 times that of the country. The hydropower resources in Yunnan are distributed in the six major river systems, namely, the Jinsha River, the Lancang River, the Nujiang River, the Honghe River, the Pearl River, and the Irrawaddy River. Among them, Jinshajiang, Minjiang and Nujiang account for about 92%. Especially the Jinsha River and Lancang River are the most prominent ones, and they are all one of the twelve major hydropower bases in the country. They are the “rich ore” of China’s hydropower resources.
