目的:介绍一种新的样品预处理即亚临界水萃取技术及其在天然产物分析中的应用。方法:检索近年来国内外有关亚临界水萃取技术的文献,以及加速溶剂萃取技术的相关资料,针对天然产物应用领域进行分析、归纳和总结。结果:理清了亚临界水萃取与加速溶剂萃取的联系,介绍了影响亚临界水萃取的因素及其在天然产物领域的应用。结论:亚临界水萃取技术是一项简单、快速、环境友好、高效率、重复性能好的萃取技术,可用于天然产物有效成分、重金属和农药残留等的分析前处理,更是一种有希望开发成工业化的现代中药绿色提取技术。
Objective: To introduce a new sample pretreatment that is subcritical water extraction technology and its application in natural product analysis. Methods: The literatures about subcritical water extraction technology at home and abroad in recent years and the relevant data of accelerated solvent extraction were retrieved.
