企业文化是企业发展的灵魂。企业只有把企业文化作为全体员工奋斗的目标去实现,才能在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,才能协调地、可持续地向前发展。当前,随着现代企业制度的建立,企业文化建设成为企业取得竞争优势,发展创新的必备条件。企业文化不仅关系到企业管理的好坏,而且对企业今后的发展方向将起着重要的指导作用。如何加强企业管理的问题,对工会工作也提出了新要求,工会如何适应形势的发展,发挥好工会在企业文化建设中的优势,也显得十分重要。
Corporate culture is the soul of enterprise development. Only when the enterprise realizes the enterprise culture as the goal of all staff’s struggle can it be invincible in the fierce market competition and can develop in a coordinated and sustainable manner. At present, with the establishment of modern enterprise system, the construction of enterprise culture has become the prerequisite for enterprises to gain competitive advantage and develop innovation. Corporate culture is not only related to the quality of business management, but also plays an important guiding role in the future development of the enterprise. How to strengthen the management of enterprises and put forward new requirements on the work of the trade unions, how trade unions can adapt to the development of the situation and give full play to the advantage of trade unions in the building of enterprise culture are also very important.
