用摩擦磨损试验机测定了油润滑下0.8%La_2O_3-5%Mo_2Si_3/MoSi_2复合材料与不同钢材配副时的摩擦磨损性能,采用扫描电镜分析了磨损表面形貌,探讨了其磨损机理。结果表明:油润滑条件下,复合材料与调质45钢、淬火45钢和CrWMn钢配副时,摩擦因数均在0.1以下,磨损率均低于10~(-3)mm~3·min~(-1);与CrWMn钢配副时具有最低的摩擦因数和磨损率;复合材料与调质、淬火45钢对磨时的磨损机理为磨粒磨损,与CrWMn钢对磨时的为磨粒磨损和点蚀。
The friction and wear properties of 0.8% La_2O_3-5% Mo_2Si_3 / MoSi_2 composite with different steel were tested by friction and wear tester. The wear surface morphology was analyzed by SEM, and the wear mechanism was also discussed. The results show that the friction coefficient of the composite with quenched 45 steel, quenched 45 steel and CrWMn steel is below 0.1 and the wear rate is lower than 10 ~ (-3) mm ~ 3 · min ~ (-1) .When CrWMn steel is used as the auxiliary, it has the lowest friction coefficient and wear rate.
