This article briefly introduces the system reform, customer service, professional maintenance and development of multimedia communications in NTF (Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation) in Japan in recent years. It provides a reference for Jiangsu Telecommunication Corporations to meet the challenge of diversified telecommunications competition.
