今年以来,楼市持续高热,房价涨幅连创新高,引起了社会各界的广泛关注。国庆期间,过热的房地产市场遭遇当头棒喝。从9月30日到10月7日,包括北京、上海、天津、南京、厦门等21个城市先后发布了新的楼市收紧调控政策,或限购限贷,或限房价地价,或加强监管。这些政策主要以抑制投机投资需求为重点,特别是限制购买人群及收紧信贷,短期为当前过热的楼市适当降温,也将成为更多城市控制房
Since the beginning of this year, the property market has been continuously hot with housing prices rising at record highs, arousing widespread concern in the community.
