植物名称:月苋草(Oenothera biennis)。材料类别:茎尖。培养条件:采回来的材料用自来水的流水冲洗5～7分钟。然后剪取茎段放在消毒瓶内,用0.1％的HgCl_2溶液振荡消毒5～8分钟,再用无菌水洗4次。在超净台上剥离2～2.5mm的茎尖接种培养。(1)诱导愈伤组织培养基:MS+BA0.5m∥L(单位下同)+NAA0.2+2,4-D0.3;(2)分化培养基:MS+BA0.7+NAJk0.3;(3)茎伸长培养基:MS+NAA0.1+IAA0.2+GAl;(4)壮苗培养基:1/2
