实型铸造自问世以来,由于铸造工作者的努力,把这一工艺用于生产大型铸铁件已获得较大的进展。据报导,国外已用此法铸出毛重45吨的铸铁件;我国上海造纸机械厂也利用塑料、泥芯组合模型铸出了毛重32.5吨的铸铁件。我厂自76年以来,用实型铸造法生产了4～22吨的大型铸铁件40多件,共重三百多吨。下面谈谈我们的一些体会。 Since the founding of the real casting, due to the efforts of the foundry workers, this process has been used for the production of large castings has made great progress.
