江西省人民政府文件 赣府发［２０００］４５号各市、县（区）人民政府，省政府各部门： 省政府同意省财政厅《关于改善财政状况加强财政管理的若干意见》，现批转给你们，请结合实际，认真贯彻执行。 江泽民总书记在今年年初省部级主要领导干部财税专题研讨班上的讲话中指出：“财政是国家的一项重要职能，是国家政权活动的一个重要方面”，“财政是一个经济范畴，又是一个政治范畴，事关治国安邦、强国富民”。各级政府和有关部门要进一步深刻领会江总书记的重要讲话精神，从讲政治的高度，充分认识做好财政工作，对于优化资源配置，调节收入分配，促进国民经济健康发展和社会全面进步，都具有重要意义。要高度重视，切实加强领导，把财政工作摆在突出位置上来抓。要结合本地、本部门实际，认真研究财政工作面临的新情况、新问题，积极探索社会主义市场经济条件下的生财、聚财、理财之道，为尽快改善我省财政状况、振兴财政作出努力。 江西省人民政府二○○○年十二月六日
