目的:为手部血管损伤的修复重建和断掌再植时寻找浅静脉移植修复掌浅弓提供解剖学基础。方法:对30 侧成人手标本掌浅弓尺侧动脉起始及其分支情况进行了观察测量。结果:掌浅弓尺侧有4 种分支类型。以豌豆骨中点O,小指尺掌侧固有动脉起始点A,第3 ,2 ,1 指掌测总动脉起始点B、C、D,相邻点之间的距离:OA 为30 .1 ±5 .6 m m ;AB 为:8 .1 ±4 .7 m m ;BC 为9 .2 ±6 .0 m m ;CD 为6 .2 ±3 .9 m m 。各分支起始点外径A:1 .24 ±0 .34 m m ;B:1 .50 ±0 .34 m m ;C:1 .78 ±0 .42 m m ;D:1 .54 ±0 .38 m m 。结论:掌浅弓尺侧半分支较为恒定,根据解剖数据在断掌再植时可以寻找浅静脉移植修复掌浅弓。
OBJECTIVE: To provide an anatomical basis for the repair and reconstruction of hand vascular injuries and the finding of superficial vein for the repair of superficial femoral arch during replantation of severed palm. Methods: The onset and branching of the ulnar artery of the pars distalis arch of 30 adult hand specimens were observed and measured. Results: There are 4 branch types in the ulnar ulna. To pea bone midpoint O, small finger ulnar native artery starting point A, 3, 2, 1 refers to the palm of your hand to measure the starting point of the common artery B, C, D, the distance between adjacent points: O A 30. 1 ± 5. 6 m m; AB is: 8. 1 ± 4. 7 m m; B C is 9. 2 ± 6. 0 m m; CD is 6. 2 ± 3. 9 m m. The starting point of each branch diameter A: 1. 24 ± 0. 34 m m; B: 1. 50 ± 0. 34 m m; C: 1. 78 ± 0. 42 m m; D: 1. 54 ± 0. 38 m m. Conclusion: The semilubation of the ulnar ulnar cuff is relatively constant. According to the anatomical data, we can find superficial vein graft in the replantation of severed palm to repair the superficial palmar arch.
