东濮油田地区存在一种地区性、季节性疾病,以长期高热为突出表现。经过四年的临床观察,证实是地方性斑疹伤寒,现将近期确诊的10例报告分析于下。一般概况 10例患者,男8例、女2例,均为青壮年,发病于1979年11月～12月份,散发于濮阳县、范县境内。症状:10例都有畏寒、高烧,多呈弛张热型,以下午和夜间为重。其中有2例似疟疾症状,每日定时寒战、高热、出汗,常有咳嗽,周身肌肉酸痛,食欲不振,全身乏力。
There is a regional and seasonal disease in Dongpu oilfield, which takes the long-term high fever as the outstanding performance. After four years of clinical observation, confirmed to be endemic typhus, now the recent diagnosis of 10 cases reported in the next analysis. General situation 10 patients, 8 males and 2 females, all young and middle-aged, onset in November 1979 ~ December, distributed in Puyang County, Fan County. Symptoms: 10 cases have chills, high fever, mostly remittent heat type, in the afternoon and night as the weight. There are 2 cases of malaria symptoms, regular chills, fever, sweating, cough often, whole body muscle soreness, loss of appetite, malaise.
