目的:测定不同产地当归中阿魏酸的含量,探讨产地对当归质量的影响。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对不同产地当归中阿魏酸含量进行测定,以乙腈-0.085%磷酸溶液(17∶83)(V/V)为流动相,以Agilent Extend-C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为固定相,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温为35℃,检测波长为316nm。结果:阿魏酸在24.260~242.600ng范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.99996),平均回收率为98.61%,RSD为1.74%。结论:各产地当归中阿魏酸含量存在差异,以甘肃岷县的当归阿魏酸含量为最高。本实验为当归的道地性提供了科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of ferulic acid in Angelica sinensis from different habitats and to explore the effect of origin on the quality of Angelica sinensis. Methods: The contents of ferulic acid in Angelica sinensis from different areas were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The mobile phase was acetonitrile -0.085% phosphoric acid (17:83) (V / V) (4.6mm × 250mm, 5μm) as stationary phase, the flow rate was 1.0mL / min, the column temperature was 35 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 316nm. Results: Ferulic acid showed a good linearity (r = 0.99996) in the range of 24.260 ~ 242.600ng with an average recovery of 98.61% and a RSD of 1.74%. Conclusion: The content of ferulic acid in Angelica sinensis in different producing areas is different, and the content of ferulic acid in Angelica sinensis in Minxian County, Gansu Province is the highest. This experiment provides a scientific basis for the authenticity of Angelica.
