今年3月国家局关于创建“精益十佳”的通知,明确了烟草行业精益管理工作要求,为烟草行业企业管理的“精益之路”指明了方向:通过导入精益思想,把握“持续改善、追求卓越”的精益内涵,营造精益氛围,形成精益文化。一、精益管理与精益文化的关系精益管理不仅是一种管理方式和工具,更应该是一种思维方式和企业文化,一种以人为中心,追求完美的思维方式,一种调动员工参与改善的企业文化。
