西江特大桥属于单索面单幅预应力混凝土矮塔矮墩斜拉桥,主梁采用变高度斜腹板单箱三室宽幅箱梁断面,且每浇注梁块箱梁内设有横隔板,对应隔板位置设有翼板加劲肋板。其较大的梁块重量、顶板宽度、翼板宽度及变化的底板宽度都给用于此桥型的挂篮的设计提出来诸多问题。本桥挂篮设计,根据箱梁结构特点,选用了菱形挂篮形式,并根据荷载分布,巧妙设计了侧模支架、前上横梁和后上横梁的结构,把原计划的分次浇注改为整体一次性浇注的方式;针对该庞大挂篮系统的移机,整体的受力分析及挠度计算以有限元分析软件Midas Civil为平台进行了分析运算,重点解决了挂篮施工的整体稳定性、抗扭曲变形、移机同步性等几大难题。
