我矿副立井提升使用2БМ2000/1020A型单绳提升机,担负着矿井提矸、提人、上下物料及部分提煤任务。原采用无动力制动的老式简易电控系统,安全提升保护设施少,提升事故多,维护困难。1982年,改用新型的TKD电控系统取代了老式的电控设备。几年来,我矿本着维修方便,节省电能,保证矿井安全提升的思想,遵照煤炭部1986年5月关于“加强提升安全工作的紧急措施”的通知,对TKD电控系统进行了六项技术改进,为矿井安全提升,提高生产效率创造了好条件。 一、主要回路故障显示电路 由于TKD电控系统控制触点多,范围广,线路复杂,一旦发生故障,不易发现,往往因查找故障部位而耽误提升机正常工作。为解决这个问题,在TKD电路中的安全回路各闭合触
