本文在大学外语教师绩效评估的数据包络分析模型(简称DEA)及评价指标体系的基础上,应用数据包络分析方法对某外语学院15位大学外语教师的绩效进行了评价。针对外语教师教学和科研工作发展不平衡的状况,通过对DEA模型的再建构来平衡外语教师的教学工作和科研工作,平衡教学工作数量与教学工作质量。笔者首先概述了数据包络分析方法;其次,进行了指标数据的搜集和整理,并应用DEA模型对数据进行求解,得出15名外语教师的具体排名;最后,针对一些外语教师教学科研发展不平衡,教学工作数量和教学工作质量发展不平衡的状况,重新构建模型,引入了约束条件,指出了原有评价结果的不足,重新评估了这15位教师的绩效,以期达到对外语教师的有效引导,并促进外语学科的发展。
Based on the data envelopment analysis model (DEA) and evaluation index system of university foreign language teachers’ performance evaluation, this paper evaluates the performance of 15 foreign language teachers in a foreign language college by using data envelopment analysis. In view of the unbalanced development of teaching and research work of foreign language teachers, we balance the teaching work and research work of foreign language teachers by reconstructing the DEA model to balance the quantity of teaching work and the quality of teaching work. Firstly, the author summarizes the methods of data envelopment analysis. Secondly, it collects and organizes the index data, and applies DEA model to solve the data, and gets the specific rankings of 15 foreign language teachers. Finally, according to some foreign teachers’ Balance, the number of teaching work and the imbalanced development of teaching quality, rebuild the model, introduce the constraints, point out the deficiencies of the original evaluation results, re-evaluate the performance of these 15 teachers in order to achieve the effective foreign language teachers Guide and promote the development of foreign language disciplines.
