战略性人力资源的概念被人们提出来之后,就被广泛的推广应用到各个行业领域,人们对于战略性人力资源的研究与关注是前所未有的。一个企业要想得到持续的发展就必须重视起来人力资源机制的设立,完善和优化企业的结构。笔者通过分析战略性人力资源管理机制的调节,能极大的促进企业战略方针的转变。战略性人力资源从概念提出到被广泛传播应用这一个过程,需要对战略性人力资源和组织效能之间的关系进行深入的研究,才能表现战略性人力资源对组织效能的影响。
After the concept of strategic human resources is put forward by people, it is widely applied in various fields of industry. The research and concern of strategic human resources are unprecedented. If an enterprise wants to achieve sustainable development, it must pay attention to the establishment of human resources mechanism and improve and optimize its structure. By analyzing the adjustment of strategic human resources management mechanism, the author can greatly promote the transformation of enterprise strategic guideline. Strategic human resources proposed from the concept to be widely spread application process, the need for strategic human resources and organizational effectiveness of the relationship between in-depth study, in order to show the impact of strategic human resources on organizational effectiveness.
