目的探讨家庭式引导教育对脑瘫患儿日常生活自理能力的影响。方法 50例痉挛性脑瘫患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,均给予以Bobath手法为主的康复治疗,观察组同时进行家庭式引导教育训练。结果两组训练后日常生活自理能力障碍程度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率100.00%,对照组总有效率84.00%。结论家庭式引导教育对提高脑瘫患儿日常生活自理能力有积极作用,是一种有效的行为干预手段。
Objective To explore the influence of home-based guidance education on the daily living self-care ability of children with cerebral palsy. Methods Fifty children with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. All the patients were given Bobath-based rehabilitation therapy. The observation group received home-based guided training at the same time. Results After training, the differences of self-care ability disorder between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). The total effective rate was 100.00% in the observation group and 84.00% in the control group. Conclusion Family-oriented education plays a positive role in improving the daily living self-care ability of children with cerebral palsy and is an effective behavioral intervention.
