8月7日,厦门金龙旅行车有限公司中客三部正陆续生产90多辆城郊快线客车。整车每行进到一个工位,工人就对照由全配置体系生成的订单根据客户需求安装相关部件,一目了然,精准无误。去年3月,金旅订单全配置管理体系在中客三部率先上线,运用于客车新品凯歌系列的生产。一年多来,这一借助大数据的订单管理体系逐渐在金旅推广,由此加快了信息技术与制造技术的深度融合,通过管理创新提高了生产效率,迈出快速响应市场的关键一步。
