传统教育历来讲究的是“师道尊严”,“一日为师,终身为父”。新形势下的学生思想较活跃,有时表现得还较“叛逆”。这要求为师者要有平等思想,能与学生建立一种新型的平等和谐的师生关系。笔者身为班主任,同时又是一个美育工作者,几年的工作实践使我体会到,作为受教育的学生,从他们内心需求来看,并不是很乐意地以一个接受者的角色去接受教育者的“有意施教”。因此,在班级管理中,若能恰当地运用美育潜移默化的作用,利用“真善美”的艺术方式去教育学生,使学生形成正确的审美观和世界观,使教育真正如春雨般“在随风潜入夜”中达到“润物细无声”的教育目的。
