运用半固体琼脂培养法和MTT检测法测定了螺旋藻藻蓝蛋白对人血癌细胞株HL-60,K-562和U-937生长的影响。体外培养条件下用不同浓度的螺旋藻藻蓝蛋白处理这3种肿瘤细胞,结果显示螺旋藻藻蓝蛋白对这三种肿瘤细胞均有不同程度的抑制作用,并存在浓度剂量效应,高浓度抑制作用强。
The effect of spirulina phycocyanin on the growth of human hematopoietic cancer cell lines HL-60, K-562 and U-937 was determined using semi-solid agar culture method and MTT assay. The three kinds of tumor cells were treated with different concentrations of spirulina phycocyanin under in vitro culture conditions. The results showed that the phycocyanin of Spirulina platensis had different degrees of inhibitory effect on these three kinds of tumor cells, and there was a concentration-dose effect, and the high concentration inhibited.
