目的 :研究滨蒿内酯对豚鼠哮喘模型的平喘作用。方法 :应用组胺与乙酰胆碱引喘法制作豚鼠哮喘模型 ,治疗药物滨蒿内酯采用雾化吸入给药。结果 :滨蒿内酯对药源性哮喘有明显的抑制作用 ,其半数有效剂量 (ED5 0为 85 .11mg/L(n =4) ,且抑制作用与给药的剂量之间呈良好的线性关系 (有剂量依赖性 )。结论 :滨蒿内酯对豚鼠哮喘模型有一定的平喘作用。
Objective : To study the antiasthmatic effect of scoparone on asthmatic models in guinea pigs. Methods: The guinea pig asthma model was established by histamine and acetylcholine-induced asthma. The therapeutic drug scoparone was administered by aerosol inhalation. RESULTS: There was significant inhibitory effect of scoparone on drug-induced asthma, with a half effective dose (ED50 of 85.11 mg/L (n = 4) and a good linearity between the inhibitory effect and the administered dose. Relationship (in a dose-dependent manner).Conclusion: The scoparone lactone has a certain antiasthmatic effect on the guinea pig asthma model.
