结果:因此依“,”Objective: The universal use of hematology analyzer has improved the quality and efficiency of clinical hematology examination. However, this kind of instrument is not perfect in identifying the morphology and structure of blood cells, and can only be used as a screening method for whole blood cell analysis at present. Methods: At present, there is no reference standard for automatic blood cell analysis and manual microscopic examination. In practical work, it is very important to analyze the cell histogram, which not only provides clinical diagnostic reference data, but also provides operators with monitoring whether the working state and experimental results are credible. On the one hand, if we rely entirely on the instrument test results and send out the report directly without analysis and reexamination, a certain number of wrong reports will be sent out to the clinic, resulting in misdiagnosis or unreasonable treatment; on the other hand, if we strengthen manual reexamination, we will obviously increase the workload. Results: Therefore, it is very important to make a reasonable blood cell reexamination standard according to the results of blood cell analyzer, which can ensure the accuracy of each analysis result and reduce unnecessary workload [6 ] . Conclusion: Although blood smear recheck is a quality assurance measure after automatic blood cell analysis, microscopic examination is a qualitative or semi-quantitative analysis method, so it is worth noting whether all items of quantitative analysis by instrumental method are suitable for “verification” by microscopic examination [ 4 ] . At present, there is no clear discussion on the standards, contents, methods and procedures of reexamination. The standards of reexamination of bleeding cell microscopy are formulated and its clinical application is preliminarily discussed.
