在海底管道挖沟埋设施工中,除了管道登陆的近岸段采用预挖沟方式挖沟以外,其他海洋段普遍采用海底挖沟机进行后挖沟埋设。在后挖沟施工中,海底管道挖沟机利用高压射流冲射海底泥面形成所需的沟形,采用射流泵将冲射过程中打散的泥沙及时排出工作区域。基于对射流泵设计原理、射流泵的基本方程以及射流泵性能曲线的分析,给出了海底管道挖沟机射流泵的技术参数(最大土方流量、流量比、扬程比、面积比、射流体积流量等)的确定方法及步骤,可为海底管道挖沟机相关参数的确定和主要设备选型提供依据。
