本文介绍了直接光谱法测定首乌等中药材中微量元素的方法。此法采用了于法灰化样品,选用了较好的缓冲剂,应用了罩帽电极、控制气氛(Ar—O_2)和分段曝光等光谱技术。对测定干药材中微量元素的检出限可达0.01mg/kg。单次摄谱的相对均方偏差多在±15%以内。回收率多在90—110%之间。方法具有快速、简便、较为经济之特点。可适用于植物性中药材中Ag、As、B、Bi、Cd、Co、Cu、Cr、Fe、Ga、Mn、Mo、Ni、P、Ph、Sb、Sn、Ti、V、Zn元素的测定。
This article describes the direct spectrometric method for the determination of trace elements in Shouwu and other Chinese herbal medicines. This method uses the method of ashing the sample, using a good buffering agent, the application of a cap electrode, controlled atmosphere (Ar-O 2) and sectional exposure and other spectral techniques. The detection limit of trace elements in dried medicinal materials can reach 0.01mg/kg. The relative mean square deviation of single shots is usually within ±15%. The recovery rate is mostly between 90-110%. The method is fast, simple, and economical. Applicable to the determination of Ag, As, B, Bi, Cd, Co, Cu, Cr, Fe, Ga, Mn, Mo, Ni, P, Ph, Sb, Sn, Ti, V, and Zn elements in herbal Chinese herbal medicines .
