目的研究放射治疗体位固定材料对表浅组织的剂量影响。方法分别测量在有机玻璃模体上加与不加固定材料时各自的剂量,然后计算出各种固定材料对表面剂量的影响。结果非碳素纤维与碳素纤维固定架分别使表面的剂量增加36.61%和25.68%;真空垫越厚,表面剂量增加越明显;面罩的网孔越大,对剂量的影响越小。结论放射治疗中使用的固定材料均可使表面剂量明显增加,增加的幅度随固定材料的不同有很大的差异。
Objective To study the dose effects of radiotherapy position fixation on superficial tissue. Methods The respective doses of the immobilized materials on the surface of the plexiglass were measured, and then the effects of various fixing materials on the surface dosages were calculated. Results The non-carbon fiber and carbon fiber holder increased the surface dose by 36.61% and 25.68% respectively. The thicker the vacuum pad, the more obvious the increase of the surface dose. The larger the mesh size of the mask, the smaller the dose was. Conclusion The fixed materials used in radiotherapy can significantly increase the surface dose, the magnitude of the increase with the fixed material is very different.
