为从细胞学角度研究东方百合雄性不育的机理,本试验利用石蜡切片法对东方百合雄性可育品种及其不育突变体花药发育过程进行比较研究,确定不育突变体花药败育时期及方式。观察结果表明:正常东方百合可育品种的花药,经过造孢细胞、花粉母细胞、四分体、单核花粉粒等时期,获得成熟的花粉粒;在花粉母细胞阶段,不育突变体花药的绒毡层即停止发育开始解体,花粉母细胞不能进行正常的减数分裂形成四分体,随着花药的发育,花粉母细胞高度液泡化并逐步解体。研究认为:东方百合不育突变体花粉败育可能发生在花粉母细胞时期,与绒毡层的提前解体有关。
In order to study the mechanism of male sterility of Lilium orientalis from the perspective of cytology, this study compared the anther development process of male fertile and its sterile mutant of Lilium oriental by paraffin section method, the way. The results showed that the pollen abortion of the sterile mutant of oriental lily may occur during pollen mother cell stage, which is related to the early disintegration of tapetum.
