采用原位凝胶法以己二酸二酰肼作为交联剂制备了透明质酸钠/β-磷酸三钙复合水凝胶。对所制备的水凝胶进行了傅里叶变化红外光谱、扫描电镜和X射线衍射分析,考察了β-磷酸三钙对复合水凝胶结构、微观形貌及物相的影响,同时测定了交联后水凝胶的力学性能和溶胀性能。结果表明,水凝胶网络结构随着β-磷酸三钙含量的增多而变得致密,平均孔径在100~200μm之间,溶胀率随着磷酸三钙含量的提高而降低,抗压强度则呈现先增大后减小的趋势,在透明质酸钠/β-磷酸三钙质量比为7∶3时达到最大值。该材料有作为生物医用材料的潜力。
Sodium hyaluronate / β-tricalcium phosphate hydrogel was prepared by in-situ gel method using adipic acid dihydrazide as the crosslinking agent. The prepared hydrogels were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The effects of β-tricalcium phosphate on the structure, morphology and phase of the composite hydrogel were investigated. Mechanical properties and swelling properties of crosslinked hydrogels. The results showed that the structure of hydrogel became dense with the increase of β-tricalcium phosphate content, the average pore diameter was between 100 and 200 μm, the swelling rate decreased with the increase of tricalcium phosphate content, and the compressive strength presented First increase and then decrease the trend in sodium hyaluronate / β-tricalcium phosphate ratio of 7: 3 to reach the maximum. The material has the potential as a biomedical material.
