多元智能理论的多元化个性化教学理念与我国高职高专英语教学的要求及素质教育的教育理念相吻合。本文通过探索黑龙江民族职业学院英语教学改革实施的项目化教学的管理和实践,探讨了基于多元智能理论进行高职英语教学设计的思路,并提出了根据多元智能理论进行高职英语教学设计的原则及多元化的教学策略。探索如何在具体的教学中使教学技能不断得到发展,逐步实现工与学的整合,提高英语教学质量。
