三餐分配目前我国居民多数家庭的进餐习惯为早餐简单,午餐简便,晚餐饱餐,这种饮食制度是不合理的。营养学家认为,早餐与晚餐应该各占全日进食量的30%,午餐占全日进食量的40%。早餐需要营养素全面,机体为了供给上午的各种活动所需要的热量,必需从早餐中获取足够的热量与营养素。有的人经常不吃早餐,有的人在早餐中仅饮一杯茶水或者咖啡,有的人早餐内容结构不合理,像南方居民习惯吃泡饭,北方居民习惯吃大饼油条等,以上早餐
