区域性名教师工作室作为高层次教师培养的新载体越来越受到各地教育行政部门的青睐,但与其组建运行轰轰烈烈的氛围不同,对其建设的研究少人问津,导致这项教育新生事物华而不实、渐入困境。目前,制约区域性名教师工作室深入发展的瓶颈主要是定位尴尬、目标模糊、组织松散和影响局限等因素。加强生存环境建设研究、设法突破发展瓶颈,是区域性名教师工作室长足发展的前提。
