目的观察固定式下颌前移矫治器治疗Ⅱ类错牙合畸形的临床疗效。方法以我院2010年1月—2012年1月收治的80例Ⅱ类错牙合畸形患者为研究对象,所有患者均行固定式下颌前移矫治器治疗。分别在患者治疗前后拍摄头颅定位侧位片。并以Pancherz X线头影测量分析法对患者治疗前后牙齿及颌骨的变化情况进行分析。结果患者行固定式下颌前移矫治器治疗后,在X线头影测量分析矢状方向距离变化上,OLP-Pg下颌基骨向前变化了(3.64±0.12)mm;Ms-OLP-MiOLP磨牙关系在矢状方向变化了(4.7±0.31)mm;Is-OLP-Ii-OLP前牙覆盖由(10.35±1.32)mm减少至(3.22±0.14)mm。在X线头影测量分析矢状方向角度变化上,SNB角由(72.55±3.52)°增加至(75.45±2.15)°,平均增加(2.9±0.16)°;ANB角由(6.85±1.17)°下降至(4.04±1.05)°,平均下降(2.81±0.12)°。结论固定式下颌前移矫治器治疗Ⅱ类错牙合畸形的临床疗效良好。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of fixed mandibular advancement appliance in treatment of malocclusion class Ⅱ malocclusion. Methods Totally 80 type Ⅱ malocclusion patients treated in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012 were enrolled in this study. All patients underwent fixed mandibular advancement appliance. Before and after the treatment of patients were recorded skull positioning lateral radiographs. And Pancherz X cephalometric analysis of patients before and after treatment of teeth and jaw changes were analyzed. Results After the operation of the mandibular advancement appliance, the OLP-Pg mandibular base bone changed forward (3.64 ± 0.12) mm in the sagittal direction by X-cephalometry. The relationship between Ms-OLP-MiOLP molars (4.7 ± 0.31) mm in the sagittal direction. The coverage of anterior teeth in Is-OLP-Ii-OLP group decreased from (10.35 ± 1.32) mm to (3.22 ± 0.14) mm in the sagittal direction. The SNB angle increased from (72.55 ± 3.52) ° to (75.45 ± 2.15) ° with an average increase of (2.9 ± 0.16) ° and the ANB angle decreased from (6.85 ± 1.17) ° To (4.04 ± 1.05) °, the average decline (2.81 ± 0.12) °. Conclusion The clinical effect of fixed mandibular advancement appliance for treatment of malocclusion class Ⅱ is good.
