诱导抗虫棉株对棉铃虫[Hlicoverpaarmigera(H櫣bner)]发生动态的影响表明 ,在田间累积卵量无明显差异的情况下 ,胚轴切断结合假单胞杆菌 (PseudomonasfluorescensP303 -1)诱导处理的棉株上棉铃虫二代、三代、四代幼虫发生量分别比在自然生长棉株上的幼虫量减少44.79 %、37.98 %和29.70 % ;而只用胚轴切断法处理的棉株上二代、三代棉铃虫幼虫发生量减少25 %和8.53 % ,四代幼虫发生量与自然生长棉株相近。棉铃虫幼虫在菌诱导棉株和无菌诱导棉株上的死亡率分别是自然生长棉株上的4.71倍和3.01倍。诱导棉株对棉铃虫幼虫的生长发育亦有影响 ,菌处理和无菌处理的棉株饲喂棉铃虫幼虫 ,其发育历期分别比对照延长17.17 %和7.80 % ,虫重分别降低25.28 %和15.63 % ,化蛹率分别降低14.94 %和9.97 % ,蛹重分别降低19.80 %和8.68 %。菌处理和无菌处理后棉株体内多元酚和萜烯类物质均比对照有不同程度的提高 ,菌处理的增幅要高于无菌处理
The dynamic effects of the induced insect-resistant cotton plants on the occurrence of Hyphalosparaemigera (Hüver bgener) showed that the hypocotyl cuttings combined with Pseudomonas fluorescens P303 -1 induced treatment had no significant difference in the number of accumulated eggs in the field The second, third and fourth generation larvae of cotton bollworm decreased by 44.79%, 37.98% and 29.70% less than those on the naturally-grown cotton plants, respectively. On the second generation of cotton bollworm, , Three generations of cotton bollworm larvae decreased by 25% and 8.53%, fourth generation larvae and natural growth of cotton plants similar. Mortality of H. armigera larvae on both bacterial-inoculated and sterile-induced cotton plants was 4.71 and 3.01-fold on naturally-grown cotton plants, respectively. The growth of cotton bollworm larvae was also induced by cotton bollworm strain. The growth of cotton bollworm larvae was prolonged by 17.17% and 7.80% respectively, and the worm weight was reduced by 25.28% and 15.63%, pupation rate decreased by 14.94% and 9.97%, pupation weight decreased by 19.80% and 8.68% respectively. After treatment of bacteria and asepsis, the content of polyphenols and terpenes in cotton plants were all increased to some extent compared with the control, and the increase of bacteria treatment was higher than that of asepsis treatment
