目的分析中西医结合治疗胃食管反流病90例临床效果。方法选取我院2011年1月～2012年1月在我院就诊的90例胃食管反流病患者,将其随机分成两组,治疗组和对照组各45例,治疗组采用中西医结合治疗,对照组常规治疗。结果治疗组的总有效率93.33%明显高于对照组的总有效率68.89%。结论中西医结合治疗胃食管反流病效果明显,临床症状消失较快,无不良反应。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating 90 cases of gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods Ninety patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease who were treated in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012 were randomly divided into two groups, 45 cases in each treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with combination of TCM and Western medicine , Control group conventional treatment. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (68.89%). Conclusion Integrative treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease has obvious effect, clinical symptoms disappear quickly, no adverse reactions.
