本实验将维生素B1、硒、锌与葛根、山楂、决明子联合应用,观察了增加小鼠大脑供血及耐缺氧、抗疲劳的作用。将以上成分制成口服液体制剂(简称:复方山草根口服液),对昆明种小鼠灌胃;对照组小鼠灌胃蒸馏水。结果:(1)给药组小鼠断头呼吸时间明显延长;(2)结扎双侧颈总动脉和单侧迷走神经后的死亡率,给药组较对照组明显降低;(3)给药组小鼠常压缺氧条件下的存活时间明显延长;(4)给药组小鼠游泳时间明显长于对照组。结果表明,以上各成分联合应用,对增加大脑供血及耐缺氧、抗疲劳具有良好作用。
In this experiment, vitamin B1, selenium and zinc were combined with Pueraria lobata, hawthorn, and cassia to observe the effects of increasing blood supply to the brain and tolerance to hypoxia and fatigue. The above ingredients are made into oral liquid preparations (abbreviation: compound mountain grass root oral liquid), and the mice of the Kunming species are intragastrically administered; the mice of the control group are given distilled water by gavage. RESULTS: (1) The time of decapitation was significantly prolonged in the mice in the administration group; (2) The mortality rate after ligating bilateral common carotid artery and unilateral vagus nerve was significantly lower in the administration group than in the control group; (3) Administration group The survival time of mice under normobaric hypoxia was significantly prolonged; (4) The swimming time of mice in the administration group was significantly longer than that of the control group. The results showed that the combined use of the above components has a good effect on increasing blood supply to the brain and resistance to hypoxia and fatigue.
