以六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)和聚乙二醇-200(PEG-200)为原料制备了一系列HDI型非离子表面活性剂。对其合成工艺进行了研究,对产物进行了表征和物理性能检测,并研究合成产物在洗涤法脱墨中的应用,与市售脱墨剂的脱墨效果进行了对比。结果表明:当n(HDI):n(PEG200)为1:1.3、反应温度为55℃、反应时间为2 h、催化剂用量为0.10%(Ⅱ号)时可达最佳脱墨效果;最佳合成的产物表面张力为29.98 mN·m-1,临界胶束浓度(CMC)为0.52mmol·L-1,起泡比为68.3%,脱墨后成纸白度可达65.5%ISO,残余油墨量仅为63.75 mm2·m-2。
A series of HDI nonionic surfactants were prepared from hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) and polyethylene glycol-200 (PEG-200). The synthesis process was studied, the product was characterized and tested for its physical properties, and the application of the synthesized product in deinking was studied. The deinking effect was compared with that of the commercially available deinking agent.
