目的:研究新型灭螺药物氯代水杨胺(LDS)对湖北钉螺组织中相关酶活性的影响,以了解其灭螺机理。方法:实验组用浓度为0.1g/L的LDS浸杀法处理湖北钉螺3h、6h、12h、24h后,解剖钉螺获取软体;阴性对照组与阳性对照组分别用曝气水和浓度为0.1g/L的氯硝柳胺(WPN)对湖北钉螺进行相同处理后,检测各组钉螺软件组织匀浆的谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)与延胡索酸酶活性;乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)、细胞色素C氧化酶(CCo)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、三磷酸腺苷酶(ATPase)、葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶(G-6-PD)、酚氧化酶(PO)活性。结果:LDS处理24h后,与阴性和阳性对照组比较无显著性变化的酶是延胡索酸酶、SDH、ATPase、AchE、AKP和PO;活性减弱的酶是CCo、G-6-PD、NOS;活性增强的酶为LDH、ACP。LDS作用3h、6h、12h、24h过程中,先上升后下降的酶为GPT、GOT、SOD。结论:LDS对湖北钉螺大部分酶活性的影响与WPN基本一致,但对部分酶活性的影响程度与WPN有所差别,如CCo、G-6-PD、NOS、LDH、ACP、SOD。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of a novel snail-killing drug, salicylamine chloride (LDS), on the related enzyme activities in the snail tissues of Hubei Province to understand its mechanism of snail-killing. Conclusion: The effect of LDS on most of the enzymatic activities of Oncomelania snails in Hubei is consistent with that of WPN. However, the effect of LDS on the activity of some enzymes is different from that of WPN, such as CCo, G-6-PD, NOS, LDH, ACP and SOD.
