随着用户对客户服务水平的要求不断提高,交互式语音应答技术得到快速发展.为加强对该技术的专利保护并规避专利风险,以历年来交互式语音应答技术领域中国专利申请数据为基础,对历年专利申请数量、主要专利申请人、重要IPC分布进行统计,根据统计结果绘制相应图表,并进行专利分析,提出专利风险规避和布局的建议.
