左西孟旦对高龄慢性心力衰竭急性加重期患者心功能的影响与安全性分析

目的探究左西孟旦在高龄慢性心力衰竭(CHF)急性加重期患者治疗中的应用效果,为进一步提升高龄CHF患者的治疗效果提供理论依据。方法根据随机数字表法将2017年11月至2020年11月在商都县中医医院接受治疗的104例高龄CHF急性加重期患者分为对照组与观察组,各52例。给予对照组患者常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用左西孟旦治疗,两组患者均持续治疗7 d。对两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、治疗前后的心功能、治疗期间的不良反应发生情况进行比较。结果观察组患者治疗后临床总有效率较对照组升高;治疗后两组患者血浆
