直罗油田长8油层分布范围广,但储层物性极差,单井自然产能极低,必须压裂改造才能获取工业油流。由于储层泥质含量高、物性差、渗流阻力大,油田当前采用常规胍胶压裂液的压裂工艺增产效果差,单井产量低、开发效果不理想,不能满足该区块的改造需求。通过优化压裂液体系及压裂工艺,进一步提高单井产量和采油速度。
The Zhuluo oilfield has a wide range of oil reservoirs, but the reservoir properties are very poor. The natural productivity of single well is extremely low, so it is necessary to fracturing and reforming to obtain industrial oil flow. Due to the high clay content, poor physical properties and large seepage resistance, fracturing technology using conventional guar gum fracturing fluid in the oilfield is not effective in increasing production. The output of a single well is low, and the development effect is not satisfactory, which can not meet the reconstruction needs of the block . By optimizing fracturing fluid system and fracturing technology, single-well production and oil recovery rate are further improved.
