1991年以来 ,我们采用三点式阴茎固定术治疗6 4例 8～ 14岁的小儿隐匿性阴茎 ,效果满意 ,报告如下。1　手术方法　　全麻 ,平卧 ,双下肢略分开 ,在阴茎头缝一牵引线 ,上提此线 ,分离包皮粘连 ,充分显露阴茎头和冠状沟 ,先在包皮内外板交界处的 4点和 6点各做一个纵切口 (图 1) Since 1991, we have adopted a three-point penile fixation for the treatment of 64 children with concealed penis of 8 to 14 years of age with satisfactory results. The report is as follows.
