目的:建立苦参酊中苦参碱的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为汉邦C18(4.6mm×200mm);流动相为乙腈-0.5%三乙胺(20:50);流速为1.0mL/min;检测波长为270nm。结果:该方法所测得苦参碱含量在的0.531~2.655μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.03%。结论:方法简便、准确、可行,灵敏度高,重现性好,为苦参酊的生产提供了可靠的质量控制途径。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of matrine in Sophora flavescens tincture. Methods: The chromatographic column was Hanbang C18 (4.6mm × 200mm); the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.5% triethylamine (20:50); the flow rate was 1.0mL / min; the detection wavelength was 270nm. Results: The method showed good linearity (r = 0.9998) in the range of 0.531 ~ 2.655 μg with the average recovery of 99.03%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, feasible, sensitive and reproducible. It provides a reliable quality control method for the production of Sophora flavescens tincture.
