目的:研究心房颤动(Af)山羊模型恢复窦性心律后血液和心房肌组织中醛固酮水平的变化。方法:18只成年山羊,体重相仿,雌雄不限,随机分成3组,其中窦性心律组(A组)6只,Af模型组(B组)6只,Af模型复律组(C组)6只,3组均行开胸手术,左心耳缝入起搏电极,A组不起搏,B、C组持续快速心房起搏3个月形成Af模型,3个月后处死A、B组山羊,取左、右心房肌组织冻存,C组停止起搏,予心律平静脉注射或加用直流电复律,维持窦性心律3个月,之后处死C组山羊,取左、右心房肌组织冻存,用ELISA法测定各组心肌标本中醛固酮水平。C组在Af前、Af后3个月、复律后2周、1个月、2个月、3个月时各留取血清标本,用放射免疫法测定血清醛固酮水平。结果:C组心肌组织醛固酮水平低于B组(P<0.01),与A组比较则差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),左、右心房肌组织醛固酮水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Af复律后2周、1个月、2个月、3个月血清醛固酮水平呈递减变化。结论:Af恢复窦性心律后血液和心房肌组织中醛固酮水平下降。
Objective: To study the changes of aldosterone in blood and atrial muscle after atrial fibrillation (Af) goat model restored sinus rhythm. Methods: Eighteen adult goats were randomly divided into 3 groups according to their body weights. Among them, 6 were in the sinus rhythm group (A group), 6 in the Af model group (B group), 6 in the Af model group (C group) Thoracotomy was performed in 6 and 3 groups. The left atrial appendage was sutured into the pacemaker electrode. A group did not pacing. The fasting atrial pacing was performed in group B and C for 3 months to form Af model. After 3 months, group A and B were sacrificed Goats, left and right atrial muscle tissue was frozen, C group to stop pacing, to the ventricular arrhythmias or DC cardioversion to maintain sinus rhythm for 3 months, then sacrificed C goats, take the left and right atrial muscle Tissue was frozen and the aldosterone level in each group of myocardial samples was determined by ELISA. Serum aldosterone levels in group C were measured before Af, 3 months after Af, 2 weeks after cardioversion, 1 month, 2 months and 3 months respectively. Serum aldosterone levels were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results: The level of aldosterone in myocardial tissue of group C was lower than that of group B (P <0.01), but there was no significant difference between group C and group A (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in aldosterone level between group C and group C (P> 0.05). The levels of serum aldosterone in the two weeks, one month, two months and three months after the AF cardiomyocytes changed gradually. CONCLUSIONS: Af levels of aldosterone in blood and atrial muscle decreased following Af regimen of sinus rhythm.
