目的探讨武汉市大一年级女生摄食障碍患者的家庭环境和父母教养方式特征,为学校心理卫生工作提供参考。方法采用家庭环境量表中文版(FES-CV)和父母教养方式评价量表(EMBU),对武汉地区3所大学大一女生中的74名摄食障碍患者和79名健康学生进行比较。结果摄食障碍组的学生在亲密度、情感表达和独立性上的得分均低于对照组(t值分别为6.305,2.815,4.138,P值均<0.01),而在矛盾性和控制性方面则高于对照组(t值分别为-2.888,-2.872,P值均<0.01)。摄食障碍组在父母亲教养方式中,均出现了情感温暖和理解低于对照组(t值分别为2.931,3.577,P值均<0.01),过分干涉和拒绝与否认高于对照组(t值分别为-3.508,-4.110,-3.059,-2.217,P值均<0.01)。结论摄食障碍患者有着明显不良的家庭环境和父母教养方式。
Objective To investigate the family environment and parental rearing patterns of college freshmen in Wuhan in order to provide reference for the school mental health work. Methods FES-CV and EMBU were used to compare 74 ingest students and 79 healthy students in freshmen of three universities in Wuhan. Results The scores of intimacy, emotional expression and independence of students in the group with eating disorders were lower than those in the control group (t = 6.305, 2.815, 4.138 respectively, P <0.01), while in terms of contradiction and control Higher than the control group (t values were -2.888, -2.872, P <0.01). In the feeding disorder group, both emotional warmth and comprehension were lower than those in the control group (t = 2.931, 3.577, P <0.01 respectively), excessive interference and rejection and denial higher than those in the control group Respectively -3.508, -4.110, -3.059, -2.217, P <0.01). Conclusion People with eating disorders have a markedly poor family environment and parental rearing patterns.
