企业需要通过各种媒体形式完成对内信息的传递,建立企业与员工的信息与情感交流,弘扬与提升企业文化,使员工符合企业的发展要求。企业报、企业编纂书籍印刷品等是企业进行对内传播的主要方式,网络媒体兴起后网络信息平台的搭建也成为企业进行对内传播的重要形式。近年来,手机等移动媒体的迅速发展对企业媒体对内传播提出了新的要求,企业媒体必须进行及时的调整以适应全新的媒体环境。本文基于“使用与满足”理论,探讨当前媒体环境下企业媒体对内传播应当向增强媒体的服务型、社交性,重视员工传播者身份的方向进行转型。
Enterprises need to complete the delivery of internal information through various forms of media, establish information and emotional exchanges between enterprises and employees, promote and enhance corporate culture so that employees meet the requirements of the enterprise’s development. Corporate newspapers, corporate books and other books compiled by the enterprise is the main way of internal communication, the rise of online media network information platform has become an important form of internal communication. In recent years, the rapid development of mobile media such as mobile phones has put forward new requirements for intra-media communication, and the corporate media must make timely adjustments to adapt to the new media environment. Based on the theory of “use and satisfaction”, this paper explores the internal media business environment, the internal media should enhance the service-oriented media, social sex, emphasis on the identity of employee communicators in the direction of transformation.
