研究了低碳混合醇催化剂的制备、母体结构与催化性能的关系。制得了组成范围较广的Cu-Zn-Al三元和Cu-Co-Zn-Al四元FC选择性沉淀。针对FC热分解物,提出均匀混合氧化物的准晶态结构模型。采用多种实验仪器和技术研究了各阶段母体的结构和性质。准晶母体经改性和活化,得到了高活性、高选择性合成甲醇和低碳混合醇催化剂。
The preparation of low-carbon mixed alcohol catalyst, the relationship between precursor structure and catalytic performance were studied. A wide range of Cu-Zn-Al ternary and Cu-Co-Zn-Al quaternary FC selective precipitation was obtained. For the thermal decomposition products of FC, a quasi-crystalline structure model of uniform mixed oxide is proposed. A variety of laboratory instruments and techniques were used to study the structure and properties of the precursors at various stages. The quasicrystal matrix was modified and activated to obtain highly active and highly selective synthetic methanol and low carbon mixed alcohol catalysts.
